Can i play Blu Ray DVD on a Hd Upscaler DVD Player?
I also have a lot of multi region dvds so dont think a blu ray dvd player can play them
No you can’t. You need a blu-ray player to play blu-ray discs.

Anyone know where I can find a cheap dvd player that is multi-region hackable? Has anyone tried to hack…?
I’m looking for a very cheap dvd player that I can make multi-region (using a hack), or buy a very cheap dvd player that is already multi-region (though they seem more expensive). Does anyone have any recommendations?
Or has anyone bought any of the following DVD players and been able to hack them? Or does anyone know if any of these are hackable/multi-region:
